What if I need to return an item?

Though we are bummed we couldn’t find the right item for you, we are happy to make you a satisfied customer! You can return most items, if:

  • It’s less than 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • You have original packaging.
  • The item has not been used, worn, eaten, prepared, traveled with…you get the picture.

Remember to include your packing slip and we will refund your credit card once we receive the package. Send your return to:

What happens if something arrives already damaged?
