Blanco-Peru Chocolate Bar
The bean-to-bar artisan confectioners at Escazú make some of the finest chocolate on the market using traditional methods. They directly source cacao beans from small farms, then roast and grind them on antique equipment at their workshop in Raleigh, North Carolina. The beans in this limited edition 70% chocolate bar are sourced from an organic, fair trade co-op in Peru. The complex flavor has hints of dried fruit and caramel.
