Les Moulins Natural Preserved Lemons
You can’t cook North African food without preserved lemons and harissa. Use the salty, spicy lemons in a traditional chicken tagine, or mince them up and add to any soup or stew that needs a citrus kick. I love to sprinkle a few tablespoons into my pea and kielbasa soup (aka Grandma Zimmern’s tailgating pot of love).
