Created by local chef Craig Kaiser, Cry Baby Craig’s has developed somewhat of a cult following in the Twin Cities over the past few years. The award-winning hot sauce is made with pickled habaneros—rather than cooked or fermented chiles —which imparts a bright, refreshing and tart flavor. With hints of garlic and cumin, it pairs well with just about anything that needs some heat.
