Calabrian chile peppers are a darling of the chef world these days. You can buy them dried and crushed, but I prefer this version packed in vinegar and oil. They’re wonderful paired with grilled pork sausage. You can mince them up and add to your salad dressing for spicy vinaigrette, or put them on your charcuterie board with cured meats and cheeses.
